In the colder months, as long as the plants are cut, and will be dug through, it does not matter whether it is mowing the lawn or gardens are weeded out. Selling your home in the spring presents a new set of challenges that we do not see during the winter.

When potential buyers drive the amount and see a cluttered yard, a patch of unkempt lawn or a garden, it forms an impression that they too carry with them as they tour through the rest of the house. A positive first Impression goes a long way to increase your chances of getting a job. Use this list as a guide always at home in shape for the spring sale.

Give your lawn the attention that they deserve after a long cold winter. Apply a weed killer that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium has to get it build up a bit. If you are really motivated, take a soil sample to check the pH. When reading the pH below 6.0, you can do this with lime on the lawn to improve. If it is above 7.0, is an acidifier such as sulfur gardener. When it's time to cut your lawn, raise the blade about 3 cm to emphasize, on grass to reduce and minimize the need for water.

Take your chain saws to trim and growth on shrubs and branches. Reduce the chance of mold, by all plant material is kept at least a foot from the siding.
